We’re aware of a new fraud attempt going out on pink postcards being mailed to Andrews Federal Credit Union members. The postcard states that there is an issue with your mortgage and to call a toll-free number. This communication is not from Andrews Federal. If you receive any communications that appears to be from Andrews Federal Credit Union asking for sensitive account information – IT IS A SCAM! It’s easier than ever to switch your payment method for online subscriptions and streaming services, as well as many other online retailers – without the hassle of logging in to a dozen different platforms and re-entering your card information over and over. You can conveniently update your payment information for all your favorite digital subscriptions –  Netflix, Amazon, iTunes and more – safely and securely when you use CardSwap in your Digital Banking app. 

Just login to Digital Banking, choose CardSwap and add your subscription service providers/logins. When you need to update your payment information, you can make one update through CardSwap and we’ll automatically update your payment method for all the providers you’ve listed within 24 hours -- saving you time and making your life easier!
