The postcard states that there is an issue with your mortgage and to call a toll-free number. This communication is not from Andrews Federal. If you receive any communications that appears to be from Andrews Federal Credit Union asking for sensitive account information – IT IS A SCAM! Depositing Checks Has Never Been Easier

With just your smartphone and a few minutes, you can quickly and easily deposit checks into your account. Use our Mobile Check Deposit feature to ensure you have fast, convenient access to your funds. 

Deposits as Easy as 1-2-3!

Depositing a check with your mobile device is easy at Andrews Federal. In just three steps, you can complete your mobile deposit and get access to your funds sooner.

  1. Open the Andrews Federal mobile app and tap the main menu.
  2. Choose “Deposit Check.”
    1. Choose your deposit account
    2. Enter your deposit amount
    3. Tap Front of Check
      1. Take a photo of the front of the check on a flat surface and line up the check within the outlined box
      2. Tap the camera icon or circle to take the picture
    4. Tap Back of Check
      1. Be sure to sign your name on the back of the check and write: For Mobile Deposit to Andrews FCU". Failure to properly endorse your check could result in rejection fo your check deposit.
      2. Take a photo of the back of the check on a flat surface and line up the check within the outlined box
      3. Tap the camera icon or circle to take the picture

STILL HAVE QUESTIONS?

Sign your name on the back of the check and write "For Mobile Deposit to Andrews Federal". Then, log into the Andrews Federal mobile app and tap 'Deposit Check'; place your check on a flat, dark surface, tap the camera icon, and follow the prompts. 

After you deposit your check, please hold onto the check for a minimum of 30 days.

Log into digital banking, and go to 'Move Money', then go to 'Other Member'. 

Log into digital banking and go to 'Account Services', and then go to 'Manage Alerts', and go to 'New Alert'.
